From Kilo and Frei: I am a retired Mckinney Police K9 Officer, and a USMC Veteran with over 27 years of combined service, with the last 20 years as a professional K9 Handler. I am a Graduate of Mountain State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice. Prior to retirement I held my Master Peace Officers License with over 3,500 hours of training. I am a current member of the USPCA as a regional judge. Now retired from public service, I have opened my own kennel as a Canine Behavioralist and Trainer.
